有些喇叭內(nèi)部電磁線圈漆包線端子接頭是鋁金屬鉚釘壓接連接的，非牢靠焊接連接，如果端頭漆包線上的絕緣漆處理不凈或鉚釘壓接不牢靠很容易產(chǎn)生虛接故障，導(dǎo)致喇叭工作不良。此種故障是喇叭質(zhì)量原因，只能換件。
The terminal joints of the enamelled wire of some horn internal solenoid coils are crimped and connected by aluminum metal rivets, which are not firmly welded. If the insulating paint on the end enamelled wire is not treated cleanly or the rivets are not firmly crimped, it is easy to produce virtual connection fault, resulting in poor operation of the horn. 密封不嚴(yán)易受潮

雖然混凝土攪拌車?yán)葍?nèi)部是密閉的，但如果密封不嚴(yán)清洗混凝土攪拌車時(shí)進(jìn)入霧氣或內(nèi)部空間空氣中有水蒸氣，水蒸氣很容易導(dǎo)致觸點(diǎn)受潮無法正常工作。

如果長(zhǎng)時(shí)間按喇叭易造成喇叭觸點(diǎn)燒蝕而產(chǎn)生阻抗，流過電磁線圈的電流減弱，混凝土攪拌車電磁吸力下降無法吸引銜鐵帶動(dòng)膜片正常振動(dòng)，導(dǎo)致發(fā)音沙啞甚至不響。但不斷按喇叭時(shí)，若瞬間強(qiáng)電流通過阻抗依然能正常工作，所以會(huì)時(shí)好時(shí)壞。
If you press the horn for a long time, it is easy to cause the horn contact ablation to produce impedance, the current flowing through the electromagnetic coil is weakened, the electromagnetic suction of the concrete mixer is reduced, and the armature cannot be attracted to drive the diaphragm to vibrate normally, resulting in hoarse pronunciation or even no sound. However, when the horn is continuously pressed, if the instantaneous strong current passes through the impedance, it can still work normally, so it will be good and bad from time to time.
