Consequently, to implement information integration technology has become the inevitable choice for the informationization of steel enterprisesSAP是系統(tǒng)集成領(lǐng)域的技粗伍術(shù)領(lǐng)袖，SAP交換架構(gòu)（PI）為企業(yè)提供了一個良好的SAP系統(tǒng)與第三方MES系統(tǒng)的集成環(huán)境，能使SAP系統(tǒng)與MES系統(tǒng)通過多種方式進行高效的數(shù)據(jù)交互。本文以SAP系統(tǒng)與MES系統(tǒng)的集成為應(yīng)用背景，重點研究了PI的交換架構(gòu)原理及其實現(xiàn)。通過SAP PI進行系統(tǒng)集成，可以有效的降低接口的開發(fā)難度，提高接口開發(fā)效率，降低系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)和維護成本，保證數(shù)據(jù)交互的實時性、高效性，同時便于以后在一個平巖慎或臺上維護及監(jiān)視通訊接口。SAP is the technological leader in the field of system integration, SAP switching fabric(PI) provides the enterprise with a good integration environment for SAP system and the third party MES system, which makes the SAP system and MES system realize an efficient data exchange by various ways. Taking the integration of SAP system and MES system as the application background, this paper emphatically studies the principles and implementation of the PI switching fabric. By using SAP PI to realize system integration it is possible to effectively reduce the development difficulty of the interface, increase the development efficiency of the interface, reduce the development and maintenance costs of the system, and ensure the real time and efficiency of the data interaction, as well as facilitating the next maintenance and monitoring of the communication interface in a single platform.
