我們?cè)谂臄z肚皮舞者時(shí)，通常會(huì)選擇那些穿著迷人的露腰裝，做著令人眼花繚亂的胯部搖擺動(dòng)作的女性肚皮舞演員……我們基本上不會(huì)去拍攝那些男性肚皮舞者。

肚皮舞，也就是西方人所熟知的東方舞蹈，是由阿拉伯民間舞蹈演變而來(lái)的。但這種民間舞蹈并不是女性的專利。

東方舞蹈家、歷史學(xué)家Tarik Sultan向我們解釋，“直到20世紀(jì)，肚皮舞才成為純女性表演的舞蹈，在受到歐洲影響之前(17世紀(jì)晚期)，東方男性表演者并不稀奇，而是非常常見(jiàn)。

盡管Sultan作為一位東方舞者取得了個(gè)人成功，他說(shuō)他最大的挑戰(zhàn)就是要開(kāi)闊人們的眼界，讓人們理解，他的表演并不是在模仿女性的表演。

Sultan收到越來(lái)越多的表演邀請(qǐng)，他說(shuō)“我反對(duì)那種認(rèn)為我是男人跳女人的舞蹈的觀點(diǎn)，實(shí)際上我為人們提供了一個(gè)實(shí)實(shí)在在的文化的視角。有一次一位觀眾看過(guò)我的表演的接受程度非常好。”

Sultan有20年的表演和授課經(jīng)歷。住在紐約的他在許多著名的舞臺(tái)上演出過(guò)，比如美國(guó)的林肯中心。

肚皮舞的淵源

源于中東地區(qū)的肚皮舞，是世界上最古老的舞蹈形式之一。傳說(shuō)中是為了慶祝女人多產(chǎn)以及頌揚(yáng)生命的神秘的一種娛樂(lè)形式。隨著時(shí)間的推移和地域文化的交融，肚皮舞漸漸發(fā)展成為一種民間舞，在節(jié)日和歡慶場(chǎng)面經(jīng)常可見(jiàn)。目前肚皮舞從中東蔓延到世界各國(guó)，不光是歐美各地?zé)崂泵烂嫉膿磹?ài)，也是中國(guó)、日本、韓國(guó)姑娘們的新寵。

主要的肚皮舞風(fēng)格

埃及風(fēng)格：內(nèi)斂、含蓄的埃及味道，有宮廷舞蹈的優(yōu)雅。動(dòng)作幅度比較小，但是很強(qiáng)調(diào)對(duì)肌肉的控制。

土耳其風(fēng)格：動(dòng)作大膽、奔放，幅度很大，胯部的動(dòng)作非常夸張，而且穿著比較暴露，很有視覺(jué)沖擊力。

肚皮舞鍛煉的重點(diǎn)是纖腰和瘦臂，但是如同每種有氧鍛煉一樣，有規(guī)律地長(zhǎng)期堅(jiān)持才會(huì)出效果。聽(tīng)著音樂(lè)，找對(duì)感覺(jué)，在節(jié)奏中釋放熱情。

肚皮舞初學(xué)者必知的六個(gè)誤區(qū)

誤區(qū)一、害羞、不敢跳，動(dòng)作放不開(kāi)。

這個(gè)是每個(gè)初學(xué)者第一道關(guān)，也是學(xué)習(xí)肚皮舞或者是其他舞種必須克服的最基本的問(wèn)題。不管做什么事情，實(shí)踐最重要，尤其是學(xué)習(xí)舞蹈，如果自己不去跳就不可能跳好。

誤區(qū)二、不喜歡看著鏡子跳。

有些人跳的非常沉醉，沉浸在自己的感覺(jué)中，自己跳的好壞完全不管。其實(shí)再好的舞者也應(yīng)該有不斷的改進(jìn)，所以要在鏡子中發(fā)現(xiàn)自己的問(wèn)題，才能不斷進(jìn)步。所以，學(xué)習(xí)舞蹈的時(shí)候一定要對(duì)著鏡子跳，這樣，才可以及時(shí)的改進(jìn)自己的不足。當(dāng)然等到基本功好了的時(shí)候，舞蹈學(xué)扎實(shí)了的時(shí)候，就應(yīng)該多去表演，多去比賽。鍛煉自己，提高自己。

誤區(qū)三、只追求技術(shù)，不追求感覺(jué)。只追求動(dòng)作，忽視音樂(lè)。

這個(gè)是練到一定階段之后，很多學(xué)員就容易犯的錯(cuò)誤。不少學(xué)員練好了一個(gè)很難的動(dòng)作，會(huì)非常有成就感，或者為了練習(xí)完整的成品舞，而忽視跳舞的感覺(jué)(也就是我們說(shuō)的舞感)。

如果是這樣的話，那我還是建議你去學(xué)健美操吧。記住一點(diǎn)，你是在跳舞，不是在玩雜技，或是跳健美操。每個(gè)舞蹈動(dòng)作是離不開(kāi)音樂(lè)的。跳肚皮舞就是應(yīng)該聽(tīng)這音樂(lè)就能立馬作出相應(yīng)的動(dòng)作。身體應(yīng)該隨著音樂(lè)舞動(dòng)，沒(méi)有音樂(lè)的舞蹈是沒(méi)有感染力的。練習(xí)的時(shí)候要用70%的精力去聽(tīng)音樂(lè)，剩下的30%交給身體。

誤區(qū)四、掌握不了拍子和理解不了靈魂。

拍子(beat): 我們首先要理解音樂(lè)，拍子是很重要的，剛開(kāi)始跳舞的同學(xué)老是跟不了拍子，每次出來(lái)的動(dòng)作都會(huì)比音樂(lè)拍子快，這就導(dǎo)致了舞蹈和音樂(lè)沒(méi)有關(guān)系，效果就是一盤散沙。練習(xí)很簡(jiǎn)單的，我們強(qiáng)調(diào)的是dance to the music 任何的舞蹈都要與音樂(lè)結(jié)合才行，在上課的時(shí)候前面我們會(huì)做準(zhǔn)備運(yùn)動(dòng)，那個(gè)時(shí)候就是聽(tīng)音樂(lè)的時(shí)候了。

記住：要全身心的去聽(tīng)音樂(lè)的拍子和旋律，這樣做的好處是讓音樂(lè)給自己帶來(lái)一個(gè)狀態(tài)，與現(xiàn)實(shí)生活脫離的狀態(tài)，完全進(jìn)入音樂(lè)，讓心情變舒暢!如何去跟好拍子，其實(shí)很簡(jiǎn)單，每一個(gè)準(zhǔn)備運(yùn)動(dòng)的動(dòng)作也是跟音樂(lè)節(jié)拍有關(guān)系的!每一個(gè)節(jié)拍都清晰明了的出現(xiàn)在我們的耳朵里，只是你有沒(méi)有用心去聽(tīng)而已，在做每個(gè)準(zhǔn)備動(dòng)作的時(shí)候我們會(huì)聽(tīng)見(jiàn)音樂(lè)里有一個(gè) “咚” “啪”， 常規(guī)音樂(lè)都是這樣。

我們的動(dòng)作就是跟著這兩個(gè)點(diǎn)走的，無(wú)論多快無(wú)論多慢，這個(gè)定律都是不變的!有的同學(xué)說(shuō)，我跟上了拍子的，其實(shí)我們用眼睛看到你的動(dòng)作不是快了就是慢了!!原因是這樣的：我們仔細(xì)聽(tīng)咚 啪 兩拍，咚的時(shí)候是有一定的持續(xù)時(shí)間 啪 也是同樣的道理，很多同學(xué)是咚還沒(méi)有咚完就匆匆忙忙的進(jìn)行了下一個(gè)動(dòng)作，這就造成了搶拍，在練習(xí)的時(shí)候就要用慢歌來(lái)練習(xí)，我們的基訓(xùn)時(shí)間大多是慢歌，把音樂(lè)拍子的持續(xù)時(shí)間用耳朵聽(tīng)出來(lái)，慢慢習(xí)慣之后你的動(dòng)作永遠(yuǎn)都不會(huì)脫離軌道，這樣的話你就成功了一半了!所以動(dòng)作不在多和花，只要你能把拍子跟好才能 dance to the music 再?gòu)?qiáng)調(diào)一點(diǎn)：沒(méi)有拍子這個(gè)東西，再多的動(dòng)作都是像浮云一般寂寞!!再簡(jiǎn)單的動(dòng)作能把拍子跟好的話，一切都是錦上添花!

靈魂(soul) ：我們把拍子練習(xí)好之后，每個(gè)動(dòng)作跳出來(lái)之后都很好看了，但是缺乏生命。如何把生命力注入到舞蹈中呢?其實(shí)練習(xí)起來(lái)也是很簡(jiǎn)單的。第一：也是在準(zhǔn)備運(yùn)動(dòng)中去練習(xí)，音樂(lè)放出來(lái)之后用全身心去體會(huì)它，體會(huì)成你聽(tīng)到的感覺(jué)是什么，通俗點(diǎn)說(shuō)，音樂(lè)可讓人可惜可悲浮想連篇，同樣的道理你聽(tīng)到這首歌之后是什么感覺(jué)，這就稱為舞感!把基本的感覺(jué)和心情再結(jié)合動(dòng)作去釋放自己的內(nèi)心活動(dòng)，你的動(dòng)作就會(huì)有生命力了，記住：首先要感動(dòng)自己，然后看你跳舞的人就會(huì)被你感動(dòng)!

所以一個(gè)好的 dancer 在跳舞的時(shí)候是很忘我的。基礎(chǔ)訓(xùn)練的歌曲是最能讓人感覺(jué)到舒服的，同學(xué)們可以感受歌曲里的東西，當(dāng)然每個(gè)人的感受是不同的，比如一個(gè)音樂(lè)放出來(lái)，有的人感覺(jué)很積極、有一種沖動(dòng)在里面，而有的人感受是：想起以前分手的情景，這就是對(duì)音樂(lè)感情的理解。一個(gè)好的dancer 是能夠把他所有理解到的和聯(lián)想到的東西全部用舞蹈表現(xiàn)出來(lái)的。真正能做到這一點(diǎn)的不是好的dancer了，而是藝術(shù)家了。舞者的高低不是看誰(shuí)的動(dòng)作好看，而是看誰(shuí)能把音樂(lè)表現(xiàn)的更多，更完美! 當(dāng)然要表現(xiàn)音樂(lè)感情就需要很好的基本功還有對(duì)音樂(lè)豐富的理解拉!

誤區(qū)五、不堅(jiān)持練習(xí)，不注重基礎(chǔ)。

很多初學(xué)者會(huì)常抱怨，學(xué)了的動(dòng)作，沒(méi)有過(guò)多久就忘記了，或者抱怨自己記性不好，根本就沒(méi)法學(xué)。其實(shí)，這只能說(shuō)明你練習(xí)的還不夠多，所以，一定要堅(jiān)持練習(xí)。要真正把肚皮舞學(xué)好，良好的基礎(chǔ)是必不可少的。初學(xué)者，往往會(huì)最強(qiáng)調(diào)老師不要做基礎(chǔ)訓(xùn)練直接教動(dòng)作，這樣就忽視了基礎(chǔ)的學(xué)習(xí)，覺(jué)得基訓(xùn)很枯燥。其實(shí)，要把任何舞蹈學(xué)好就應(yīng)該能耐得住，要能堅(jiān)持，只有把最基礎(chǔ)的做好，才能不斷進(jìn)步。

誤區(qū)六、為了什么而跳舞?出路是什么?

首先想說(shuō)跳舞是跳舞,演出是演出,比賽是比賽,不一樣.演出是為了觀眾，沒(méi)有觀眾就不能稱之為演出。觀眾是演出的重要組成部分，別人花錢請(qǐng)你演出，給點(diǎn)起碼的職業(yè)道德。能感染觀眾，換來(lái)觀眾的共鳴、認(rèn)可和掌聲，就是好的演出。比賽就多了，有人說(shuō)為了鍛煉自己，有人為了長(zhǎng)世面，有人為了交流學(xué)習(xí)，有人為了證明自己!這些都沒(méi)錯(cuò)。哪怕你光明正大的說(shuō)，我就是為了贏那獎(jiǎng)金，也沒(méi)錯(cuò)。但是不管為了什么，都放平心態(tài)盡力去做，做完后你就會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn),之前想的什么都不重要了，享受過(guò)程的感覺(jué)比什么都棒!
