游泳時如何踩水？

這是一篇為了讓自己學會“踩水”而給自己寫的教程。也就是說，我現(xiàn)在不會踩水，文章里的內容是我在大量閱讀資料的基礎上，理解、整理和總結而來。因為缺少實戰(zhàn)經驗，本篇的“教程”或許稍顯蒼白。但是，我可以保證，雖然文章的內容缺乏個人驗證，但是概率上來講，我呈現(xiàn)出來的是多數資料里出現(xiàn)頻率高的，并且我同時會列舉出少數人的不同方法。文章中隨附經過本人篩選過的網站，可方便查看，幫您省去再次篩選和查找的時間。

踩水：又稱之為立泳，顧名思義是以直立的方式游泳。表現(xiàn)為：身體是垂直的，軀干不用力，通過手和腳的動作配合，讓自己漂浮在水面上（頭部露出水面，有人肩膀以上露出水面）。考取深水證時，需通過踩水，保持漂浮在水面上至少2分鐘，方達到要求。

游泳時（淺水區(qū)除外）不會踩水，就如同沒有剎車的車子。所以，踩水是每個人在學會游泳時首先應該學會的技巧，因為它是關鍵時刻用來保命的啊！只可惜，大部分人都是先在淺水區(qū)學會蛙泳之類的泳姿，等想去深水區(qū)游泳，才想起踩水來。所以，建議以后學習游泳的同學，一定先讓教練學會踩水！

踩水是一個需要手腳配合的技巧，當然只依靠腳，也可以達到立在水面的效果。根據腳的動作，踩水可以分為三種：剪刀踢腿式踩水（Flutter Kick）、蛙式踢腿式踩水（Breaststroke Kick or frog kick）和打蛋式踩水（Eggbeater Kick）。還有人（百度百科）說“腳踏式踩水”，應對應的是剪刀踢腿式踩水（Flutter Kick）。

基本要點：保持鎮(zhèn)定（不要慌），放慢呼吸（慌了呼吸就會快）。

PS：為了把中英文的解釋對應起來，也是花了一番心思。總體來說，Google上用英文關鍵詞“trending water”搜索，其對不同踩水方法的解釋更加容易理解清楚。

手臂的動作 ：

手臂在水平方向前后劃動，五指并攏，向前劃時拇指向下，到終點時，用手向下按壓，而后向后劃，拇指朝上，這樣就能使你的上半身保持向上，不會下沉。只依靠“雙手”的劃動，腳不動，可以使自己保持立在水面上。

有人說應該向斜后方，有人說應該是水平的，總歸不是向下的。因為如果你上下劃動手臂，會對腳的動作形成阻力。

要點：動作要流暢，手掌和小臂要有壓摸水的感覺。

1.剪刀踢腿式（Flutter Kick）

這是最簡單，但也是最容易疲累的姿勢。

（還沒弄明白動作是怎么回事，需要查證資料后補充。）

2.蛙式踢腿式踩水（Breaststroke Kick or Frog Kick）

比剪刀踢腿式踩水要輕松一些。

腿部動作幾乎和蛙泳的腿部動作一樣，有“收、翻、蹬、夾”四步。收腿時，膝關節(jié)可外翻，蹬腿時膝關節(jié)向內扣壓，同時小腿和腳內側蹬夾，兩腿還未蹬直時，就應并攏并開始做第二次的收腿動作，動作要連貫。需要注意的是，它的收蹬腿的幅度比蛙泳小，夾水時，雙腿沒有完全伸直時，就應該收腿了。

大腿動作幅度較小，用小腿和腳內側向側下方蹬水蹬水后兩腿不并攏，連續(xù)不斷；

3.打蛋式踩水（Eggbeater Kick）

先屈右膝，小腿和腳向外翻，然后膝向里扣壓，用右腳掌和右小腿內側向側下方蹬夾水，當腿尚未蹬直時向后上方收小腿，收腿的同時左腿開始做如同右腿的蹬夾水動作，兩腿交替進行。

像打蛋器一樣，快速用你的雙腿劃圓圈。兩腿劃圈的方向是相反的，即一個是順時針，則另外一個是逆時針。

這個動作最難學會，但是最省力氣，可以連續(xù)踩水幾個小時也不會很累。

寫作本文的收獲：

1.認真閱讀了笑來老師的google使用方法，雖然距離熟練使用Google的搜索技巧很遠，但也沒有想象中那么難。

2.僅僅依靠網上的資料，想整理一個教程是很復雜的，因為大部分帖子都是我抄別人，你抄我（英文網站也有這樣的情況，看來偷懶是天下人的共性）。

Flutter Column嵌套Listview不能滾動的問題

如果做這個篩選界面的時候，剛開始最外層用Column嵌套一個Container(紅色部分)和ListView。

然后每個Item也是Column嵌套一個Container（大分類）

和GridView(小分類) 。出現(xiàn)的問題就是不能滾動。

在Listview和GridView外面嵌套一個Expanded，不能滾動是因為Container尺寸計算的問題，Expande就是listview有多大就有多大。

1、軟件開發(fā)流程、算法、變量、數據類型、分之語句、循環(huán)語句、數組和函數。熟練運用JavaScript的知識完成各種練習。

2、JavaScript面向對象基礎、異常處理機制、常見對象api，js的兼容性、ES6新特性。熟練掌握JavaScript面向對象的開發(fā)以及掌握es6中的重要內容。

3、BOM操作和DOM操作。熟練使用BOM的各種對象、熟練操作DOM的對象。

4、h5相關api、canvas、ajax、數據模擬、touch事件、mockjs。熟練使用所學知識來完成網站項目開發(fā)。

第三階段：數據庫和框架實戰(zhàn)

階段目標：

1. 綜合運用Web前端技術進行頁面布局與美化。

2. 綜合運用Web前端開發(fā)框架進行Web系統(tǒng)開發(fā)。

3. 熟練掌握Mysql、Mongodb數據庫的發(fā)開。

4. 熟練掌握vue.js、webpack、elementui等前端框技術。

5. 熟練運用Node.js開發(fā)后臺應用程序。

6. 對Restful，Ajax，JSON，開發(fā)過程有深入的理解,掌握git的基本技能。

知識點：

1、數據庫知識，范式，MySQL配置，命令，建庫建表，數據的增刪改查，mongodb數據庫。深入理解數據庫管理系統(tǒng)通用知識及MySQL數據庫的使用與管理，為Node.js后臺開發(fā)打下堅實基礎。

2、模塊系統(tǒng)，函數，路由，全局對象，文件系統(tǒng)，請求處理，Web模塊，Express框架，MySQL數據庫處理，RestfulAPI，文件上傳等。熟練運用Node.js運行環(huán)境和后臺開發(fā)框架完成Web系統(tǒng)的后臺開發(fā)。

3、vue的組件、生命周期、路由、組件、前端工程化、webpack、elementui框架。Vue.js框架的基本使用有清晰的理解，能夠運用Vue.js完成基礎前端開發(fā)、熟練運用Vue.js框架的高級功能完成Web前端開發(fā)和組件開發(fā)，對MVVM模式有深刻理解。

4、需求分析，數據庫設計，后臺開發(fā)，使用vue、node完成pc和移動端整站開發(fā)。于Node.js+Vue.js+Webpack+Mysql+Mongodb+Git，實現(xiàn)整站項目完整功能并上線發(fā)布。

第四階段：移動端和微信實戰(zhàn)

階段目標：

1.熟練掌握React.js框架，熟練使用React.js完成開發(fā)。

2.掌握移動端開發(fā)原理，理解原生開發(fā)和混合開發(fā)。

3.熟練使用react-native和Flutter框架完成移動端開發(fā)。

4.掌握微信小程序以及了解支付寶小程序的開發(fā)。

5.完成大型電商項目開發(fā)。

知識點：

1、React面向組件編程、表單數據、組件通信、監(jiān)聽、聲明周期、路由、Redux基本概念。練使用react完成項目開發(fā)、掌握Redux中的異步解決方案Saga。

2、react-native、開發(fā)工具、視圖與渲染、api操作、Flutter環(huán)境搭建、路由、ListView組件、網絡請求、打包。練掌握react-native和Flutter框架，并分別使用react-native和Flutter分別能開發(fā)移動端項目。

3、微信小程序基本介紹、開發(fā)工具、視圖與渲染、api操作、支付寶小程序的入門和api學習。掌握微信小程序開發(fā)了解支付寶小程序。

4、大型購物網站實戰(zhàn)，整個項目前后端分離開發(fā)；整個項目分為四部分：PC端網頁、移動端APP、小程序、后臺管理。團隊協(xié)作開發(fā)，使用git進行版本控制。目期間可以擴展Three.js 、TypeScript。
